• Locate your main water shutoff
  (inside & outside of house)

• Locate your main sewer cleanout
  (inside & outside of house)

• Locate boiler & water heater supply water shutoffs

• Locate boiler & water heater electrical shutoffs

• Know the pressure & temperature of your boiler system

• Write the size of your furnace filters on the outside of the furnace for easy accessibility
